Q: How to use the
library if I am not a member?
A: You could apply for the temporary pass. Show one ID
with photo (resident card, student ID or
driver license) and the fee is NTD 50. The temporary pass is
valid for one day and only for
research of documents, not for viewing DVDs or videos. The
opening hours: Tuesdays to
Fridays 9am to 9pm, Mondays and Saturdays 1 pm to 9 pm.
